Hi, so remember yesterday when news broke that Katie Thurston had wrapped filming on her season of The Bachelorette? Yeah, well apparently the show finished filming earlier than expected—which was entirely Katie’s decision.
A source told Us Weekly that “Katie was in control and made sure the men she wanted were there and the men she wasn’t interested in, she sent packing.” But before you assume we might have another Clare Crawley situation on our hands (reminder: she left the show early and producers scrambled to replace her), pls note that the source says filming Katie’s season “went great and it wrapped a week ahead of schedule.”
Ummmmm, okay, but I have questions:
Anyway, let’s go over a few other things this source dished: Apparently Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe made great cohosts and were pretty involved in Katie’s journey. “Tayshia and Kaitlyn can relate to Katie’s journey in a lot of different ways, which you’ll see play out, so it was nice to have them there to help out with whatever situation came up,” the source said. “Tayshia had fun and loved doing it. She and Katilyn made a great team.”
Oh, and another “insider” said that “Tayshia and Kaitlyn have had to learn how to cohost and it’s taken time. They’re lovely to work with and they get along with the crew. It’s just completely different with them cohosting.” Exciting!
