HOLLYOAKS star Parry Glasspool has been left devastated after his cat died days into the coronavirus lockdown.
The actor – who played Harry Thompson in the Channel 4 soap – took to Instagram to share the sad news about Timmy.
Posting a series of pictures of himself and his girlfriend with their feline friend, Parry wrote: "Feels so strange writing this but today, we lost our little Timmy.
"He explored a little too far and lost his way 😪 Taken far far too early…
"Thanks for keeping us company, thanks for always waking us up by sitting on our faces and thanks for the cwtches.
"Will be weird not having you around. We'll both miss you lots! Hope the last thing i said to you was nice 🙏🙏
"Rest in peace little prince xx RIP"
Parry's co-stars and friends flocked to offer their condolences to the star about his tragic loss.
Parry's on-screen boyfriend Gregory Finnegan commented: "Ah mate, I’m so sorry that’s awful news. Love to you both Gx"
Amanda Clapham said: "Omg nooooo 😥 hope you’re both ok ❤️❤️❤️❤️ xxx"
Daisy Wood Davis added: "Oh noooo I’m so sorry guys that’s horrible 😭xxx"
Parry's character Harry was killed off in Hollyoaks last year by serial killer Breda McQueen.
He has gone on to star in a stage tour since leaving the soap.
