Holly Willoughby 's fans have taken to Instagram to check she is okay after fearing she's "struggling" to cope with the latest round of lockdowns.
The blonde babe logged into her official Instagram page before sharing a screenshot of herself hugging a tree from Monday's edition of This Morning.
During the segment, Holly and Phillip Schofield encourage the nation to look after themselves and take time out amid the ongoing pandemic.
They then were seen hugging two large trees – something Holly took to far more than her co-star.
Captioning the shot of her wrapped around the tree trunk, Holly, 39, wrote: "This felt nice today…"
In the image Holly closed her eyes and smiled sweetly as she enjoyed a hug.
The snap was quickly flooded with thousands of likes.
Replying to the snap, one fan wrote: "I hope you are ok Holly I can see you are finding things hard at the moment."
Another added: "I felt you looked a bit anxious today Holly x.
"Still stunning but not your normal bubbly self x Stay safe."
A third continued: "I noticed that with Holly this week she’s lost a little bit of her spark, so hugging a tree I think felt good for her."
Meanwhile, a fourth chimed in: "You look lovely. Praise you so much for your advice today."
A fifth replied in support: "You will get there it's a long road just keep going and don't look back."
