Chris Brown looks unrecognizable in new photos from Drake's Billboard Music Awards afterparty

CHRIS Brown looked unrecognizable as he attended Drake's Billboard Music Awards afterparty.

The Loyal singer, 32, appeared to have gone for a bold new look with purple-tinged hair as he arrived at the bash on Sunday night.

Chris teamed his new pastel-hued hair with a shaved back and sides.

The hitmaker wore a black leather jacket and trousers paired with simple black trainers.

He has undergone a number of hair transformations over the years, from dyeing it blonde to rainbow-hued to half blue and half red.

Chris – who is Rihanna's ex – has a daughter Royalty, six, with Nia Guzman, 37, and a son Aeko, 17 months, with model Ammika Harris, 28.

The singer paid tribute to Ammika last week for her birthday, sharing snaps of her looking glam as well as in hospital in November 2019 giving birth to Aeko.

He wrote: "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THIS SPECIAL WOMAN.LOVE YOU MEEK MEEK…"

Love life aside, Chris has gotten into trouble with the law numerous times over the years.

The most infamous incident dates back to 2009 when Chris brutally assaulted Rihanna – real name Robyn Fenty – after they got into a fight in his car.

"Robyn F. turned to face Brown and he punched her in the left eye with his right hand," a police report of the incident read.

"He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand.

"The assault caused Robyn F.'s mouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle."

He didn't go to jail and instead received five years of probation and domestic violence counseling.

Since then, he has feuded with fellow singers, done stints in rehab and gone to jail for violating probation.

In 2016 he was accused of threatening a woman with a gun at his Tarzana, California home in 2016.

After a nine-hour standoff with police he was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.

His attorney at the time called the charges "demonstrably false" and the case did not go to trial.

A year later, Chris' ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran obtained a restraining order against him after alleging that he had threatened her with violence.

In July 2018, he was arrested after a concert in Florida for an outstanding felony arrest warrant related to an allegation he punched a photographer at a Tampa nightclub in 2017.

In April of this year, the Run It singer was sued by his former housekeeper after his dog "viciously attacked" her sister and "bit her face".

Patricia Avila claimed that Chris' Caucasian Shepherd bit her sister in the face and legs at his LA home on December 12, 2020.
