Angela Rippon has revealed how she's stayed so fit ahead of her stint on Strictly Come Dancing.
At age 78, she's broken a record without even setting foot in the ballroom as she's the oldest Strictly contestant ever, but it's clear she's still in excellent shape.
The TV presenter and former Come Dancing host said she's not had to hit the gym in a desperate bit to get in shape for the show because she's had to stay fit 'all her life' due to her job.

Asked how she stays so flexible at her age, Angela told Daily Star and other press: "Because I’ve kept fit all my life.
"For the job that I do, you need to be fit because you never know what you’re going to be asked to do next.
"And a lot of the things that I’ve done in television have been very physical.
"Nobody thought twice about asking me to go diving with great white sharks or swim with killer whales in the Arctic Circle or abseil down Table Mountain.

Angela previously admitted it was "scary" doing Strictly at her age, saying: "A scary one, considering I’m about to be 79. But I’m really looking forward to the challenge, and perhaps being able to learn to dance the Argentinian Tango!
And judge Shirley Ballas is clearly impressed with her new contestant, because she previously told Metro: "She can do the splits, you know?"
Angela has even written keep-fit guides for older people, including Stay Active, Stay Supple, Stay Healthy.
Strictly Come Dancing will return Saturday (September 16) on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
