Man Utd hit new low point as club is savagely trolled by SPECSAVERS as fans say 'admin woke up and chose violence' | The Sun

MANCHESTER UNITED were ruthlessly trolled by Specsavers following their 3-0 drubbing by Newcastle.

Erik ten Hag's men were dumped out of the Carabao Cup on Wednesday evening as they suffered a crushing fourth-round defeat at Old Trafford.

It means Man Utd have now lost eight of their opening 15 games in all competitions this season – their worst start for 61 years.

And manager Ten Hag is coming under increasing pressure, with club legend Gary Neville even hinting he could be axed.

But the mockery escalated to new levels when opticians Specsavers tweeted about the Red Devils.

They said: "Man Utd fans, if you bring your glasses to any of our stores tomorrow, we’ll swap them for a blindfold so you don’t have to watch this anymore."
