LA Knight takes savage shot at Kevin Nash on WWE Smackdown and appears to brand him a 'moron' | The Sun

WRESTLING star LA Knight has appeared to call Kevin Nash a moron in response to the criticism from the WWE icon.

Nash has accused LA Knight of "ripping off" of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson as part of his gimmick.

And Knight, real name Shaun Ricker, used Nash's infamous blooper to make fun of the 64-year-old.

"If I was a complete moron, I’d say 'let's look at that adjective,' he said on Friday's SmackDown.

"But I’m not a moron, so I’ll say let's look at that verb!"

Knight recalled Nash's "look at the adjective – play" blunder from a 1996 promo with Eric Bischoff.

In the promo, the ex-New World Order member incorrectly called the word "play" an adjective instead of a verb.

He told Bischoff: "This is where the big boys play, huh? Look at the adjective: play."

Knight's dig came after the WWE Hall-of-Famer questioned the originality of his gimmick.

"Am I the only one that sees like an absolute rip-off of The Rock to the point when he cut the promo on f***ing Logan Paul or whatever the f**k his name is?" Nash said on the Kliq This podcast.
