Katie Price's ex Alex Reid has spoken frankly about life in prison after spending a month inside.
Alex was sentenced to eight weeks in prison after being found guilty of contempt of court over "knowingly giving a false statement" in relation to a car insurance claim.
Justice Eady said the cage fighter made "a deliberate falsehood in which the defendant stood to make significant financial gain".
The former cage fighter claimed his cell at HMP Pentonville in North London, which he shared with one other, was riddled with cockroaches and mice.
He also says he witnessed a fellow inmate being stabbed while he was taking a shower.
Alex said: "One of the big things in prison is post code wars.
"It's a massive thing. It's a smaller version of what is going on in Israel or around the world. Any war.
"These young lads, they are territorial and killing each other. Literally. Literally."
He added via his YouTube channel: "I witnessed one stabbing while I was in the shower."
Talking about his living conditions, Alex said: "It is one of the oldest prisons in London.
"I was only in four weeks but it has made an impression on me – a very lasting impression.
"The 'Vill is very famous for cockroaches and mice and it didn't bother me.

"Well it did bother me when one ran over my face.
"That was a miserable night. It isn't one. Anyone can handle a spider, a creepy crawly.
"I didn't want to kill them but I did become a killer. I had 58 all over my wall."
Despite the bugs and rodents, Alex went on to add how there was a phone in the cell to call home.
He said:" They put on phones in your cell now.

"If you have the money you can be on the phone 24/7 and it costs.
"£20 in prison is a fortune. If you do work you can get about £5 a day and you can only spend a certain amount a week. So you really start to get the value of money.
"There was no gym. You only got a shower three times a week.
"So you have to do an army wash. You gave a sink and a toilet in your cell. That is not very pleasant."
Daily Star has put Alex's claims to HMP Pentonville.
