Gwyneth Paltrow shares intimate list of her most recommended vibrators to use during lockdown

Gwyneth Paltrow has recently become something of a poster child for all things sexual wellness and, during self-isolation, the Hollywood actress has decided to give her fans the gift of a sex toy list in an article named 'The Best Vibrators for Solo Pleasure and Partner Play.'

The 47 year old took to her famed Goop website, the platform on which she previously sold candles named ‘This Smells Like My Vagina, to tell her fans which her favourite sex toys are and tips and tricks for how to use them during isolation.

Among the sex toys recommended by Gwyneth is a £121 model called We-Vibe by Nova which is said to be “bath friendly.” There’s also a £110 EVA II vibrator on the list from Dame Products which includes “wings,” to give users a “hands free experience.”

Gwyneth, who is married to Brad Falchuk, 49, begins her article: “You might have heard on Netflix: It’s called the vulva, not the vagina. And we think the vulva deserves more attention and exploration, maybe with the help of a good vibrator – or two, or three.

“Whether it’s from solo play or with a partner, sexual pleasure has benefits for mental clarity, concentration, stress relief, and so much more.”

Gwyneth and her wellness and lifestyle brand, Goop, are known for talking through matters such as body, spirit and sexual wellness.

For beginners, the actress advises a reasonably priced £44 sex toy named The Tennis Coach which, she says, provides a “gentle introduction” for “first timers.”

There’s also The Frenchman vibrator, £55, which the Shakespeare In Love actress believes is great for anyone who loves “tongue action.”

One of the vibrators, Gwyneth claims, “does it all.” The £72 Romantic Vibrator “sends out vibrations that can be enjoyed internally or externally.”

Or, another of the mum-of-two’s favourites is the Fin Vibrator, £62, which she deems to be the “friend of foreplay,” and on which you can change the intensity of by sliding your pointer and middle fingers along the grooves.

Gwyneth’s advice comes just a few days after a YouTube video saw her and husband Brad hinting that they were sexually frustrated in isolation.

In a video entitled ‘How Do You Find Intimacy In Uncertain Times?’, Gwyneth can be seen talking to an intimacy coach in a 56 minute clip.

Discussing how things are going during quarantine, the star admitted: “There's definitely tensions in the house, and we have the added dynamic of step-parent, and I think there is quite a lot of stress that comes from trying to recalibrate to this new normal and new level of proximity.”
