Cheryl has said "it's the right time to celebrate Sarah Harding " with a Girls Aloud reunion, following the singer's tragic death in 2021.
The iconic girl group, also made up of Nicola Roberts, Kimberley Walsh and Nadine Coyle, is finally reuniting for an arena tour across the UK and Ireland next year. They will hit up stops in cities including Dublin, Belfast, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds and London, among others.
Fans have been buzzing with excitement since the ladies started dropping cryptic posts earlier this week. But the four remaining members have now confirmed they are making their fans' dreams come true.

While there have been mini reunions here and there, it will be the first time four of them have performed as Girls Aloud since Sarah's death. Sarah tragically died of breast cancer in 2021.
Speaking of the upcoming tour, Cheryl said: "We all started talking about the possibility of doing something to celebrate Girls Aloud’s 20-year anniversary a few years ago. The anniversary seemed like an obvious thing that we would celebrate.
"But when Sarah fell ill all priorities changed. She passed away a year before the anniversary and it just didn’t feel right, it felt too soon.
"But now, I think there is an energy that does makes it feel right. It’s the right time to celebrate Sarah, it’s the right time to celebrate the band and the right time to celebrate the fact we can still do this 21 years later. That’s a big honour in lots of ways."
Girls Aloud are known for their legendary songs like Love Machine, Sound Of The Underground and The Promise. However the tour will also pay tribute to beloved Sarah.
I'm A Celebrity alum Nadine said: "Girls Aloud are a band that made such a huge impact on people’s lives. We grew up with the band, but so did so many other people.
"So for us not to do something again feels like such a shame and a waste. We want to have that moment with fans where we can all enjoy it together."
Sadly, the group will not be releasing any new music around the tour. However there is speculation they could join the Glastonbury line-up, as fans noticed a gap in their schedule next summer.
Tickets go on pre-sale on Wednesday, November 29 at 9am. The general sale opens at 9am on Friday, December 1.
