Fans slam Leeds Festival as performer goes missing leaving concert in shambles

Rapper Lil TJay was booked to appear at this year’s festival but was said to be a no-show.

The Bronx-born rapper, 22, was due to appear on the Main Stage West on Friday at 4.35pm, however, organisers have said he “failed to arrive on site” for his scheduled performance.

In a statement, a spokesperson for the festival said: “Unfortunately, Lil Tjay hasn’t arrived on site and we haven’t been able to contact him.

“We hope he will arrive soon.”

The message was shared on an LED screen attached to the stage leaving many festival goers somewhat confused, as they took to X, formerly Twitter, and shared their disappointment.
