Curtis and AJ Pritchard challenge the nation to dance for the NHS

Last night, we gave the NHS a nationwide round of applause for the second time since the coronavirus pandemic and it seems famed dancing brothers, Curtis and AJ Pritchard, have their own way of giving back to the health workers.

Love Island star Curtis, 24, and former Strictly Come Dancing professional AJ, 25, have set out on a new mission to encourage the nation to not only clap, but have a dance too in a bid to raise money for the NHS with their new campaign #DressupDanceDonate.

So far, the brothers have shared two uplifting video tutorials teaching the special dance routine in their pyjamas to encourage everyone to come together, get active and do a fun 60-second group performance on Instagram this Sunday.

"Curtis and I are on a mission to get the whole nation dancing and feeling united, all whilst raising funds for the NHS heroes," says AJ, who recently walked away from his four year stint as a professional dancer on BBC One’s Strictly Come Dancing.

"We want to make it fun for all ages which is why we've added the dressing up element in, but this is not essential."

"Whether you’'e dancing in your PJs, fancy dress or a salsa outfit, it's the taking part that counts," he continued.

"We can't wait to see the videos of everyone practising and joining in – we will be sharing some of these on our socials too!

"Get your dancing shoes on everyone and get ready to #DressupDanceDonate."
